Kruger National Park, South Africa



At 18,989 square km Kruger is South Africa's largest game reserve. The park lies in the east of South Africa. It is also one of the largest national parks in the world.

The most common crocodile at Kruger is the Nile Crocodile. These fearsome hunters sit right on top of Kruger's food chain. They have been known to hunt and kill big cats such as the leopard.

What is Pinthuraya?


Pinthuraya means picture in Sinhala. Sinhala is spoken by about 19 million people on the island of Sri Lanka.
